PP管设备是与主体设备配套使用的一种辅助设备，它能生产出大口径缠绕管所需的各种直径的PP管,21mm-100mm。生产效率高，管径齐全是其主要优势。
该设备大体分两部分：一是成型单元，二是收卷单元。
成型单元又由挤出机和成型模块组成，通过调节挤出量大小和更换成型模块，便可生产不同直径的PP管。挤出机是由我们公司自行研发设计，挤出量能力强，塑化好。
收卷单元由两个收卷轮盘和排线器组成。两个收卷轮盘可交替收卷作业，以利于提率。收卷电机采用力矩控制，这样可以避免收因收卷用力过大而导致将PP管拉断;排线器可以很好的将PP管依次缠绕到收卷轮盘上，方便捆绑储存。
