概 述

本品系环氧树脂胶粘剂，双组份，常温快速固化，粘接强度高，耐温性优良,操作简便。

适 用 范 围

适用于高温条件下工作的金属、陶瓷、复合材料的自粘与互粘，也适用于各种 容器的泄漏、缸体裂缝、铸件的粘接、填充、密封、堵漏和修复以及电器、仪表的发热部件的粘接和密封。

·外观：A组份为浅色粘稠液体，无固体颗粒。B组份为浅颜色液体。

·固化速度快，25℃时，1－3小时初固化，18小时接近较大粘接强度。

·粘接强度高，耐久、耐紫外光性能优良。

·耐温性能好，适应温度范围广，粘接后在较高的温度下仍有较好的粘接效果。

·粘接表面无需严格处理，两组份按比例调配，使用方便。

·耐介质性能优良，耐油、水、酸、煤油、乙醇、碱、杂环烃、核辐射等。

·安全及毒性特征：有较轻微异味，无吸入危险，固化后实际无害。

·贮存稳定性较好，贮存期为半年。

使 用

方 法

1、将被粘物除锈、去污、擦净。

2、将A、B组份按10：1. 2-1。5的比例充分调匀。,当气温低于25℃时，可将A、B组份按10：1。2-1。5的比例调均匀后使用；按比例加入B后，既可提高反应速度又可提高度度。

3、 将调好的胶液涂于被粘物表面，合拢、压实、静置2~4小时。

注 意

事 项

1、 取胶工具绝不可混用。

2、 操作环境注意通风。

3、 胶液如触及外表，可及时用肥皂水冲洗.

4、 未用完的胶应盖好，置于阴凉通风处。
