什么是MB1系列MB1-125 2P低压断路器?
MB1-125 2P低压断路器与传统的电源开关相比较,是一种以低压配电网络与电力拖动系统的控制器,使用过程中控制与保护功能比较凸显,在没有完全接触和分断电路的情况下,同样对于电气设备的段落或者是负载起到保护作用。除此之外,使用在地启动电动机上也比较合适。低压断路器工作原理:当工作电流超过额定电流、短路、失压等情况下,自动切断电路。
低压断路器还分几P,有些人是说几较。MB1系列MB1-125 2P低压断路器就是2P断路器。

MB1系列MB1-125 2P低压断路器从1P到4P(1P的厚度是18MM,2P是36MM......),1P就是1根线进出,2P就是2根线进出,以此类推。家里一般就用到1P或者2P,1P和2P的区别就是1P只能断开1根火线,2P是能同时断开火线和零线也就是1P N,所以相对来说2P的更好点。如果你负载的设备额定电压是220V时,就可以用1P或2P的低压断路器,如果是380V,就需要3P或4P了,对负载设备不需要零的就只选3P就可以了,如电动机、风机、水泵等只用3P低压断路器;如是380V的开水器、热水器之类的设备,就需要4P了,而且还要带漏电保护功能的低压断路器,这是为防止漏电事故,保障人身安全是必须的要用的。

MB1-125 2P低压断路器型号有哪些?
目前家庭使用MB1系列的低压断路器(带漏电保护的小型断路器),常见的有以下型号/规格:C50、C63、C80、C100、C125等规格,其中C表示脱扣电流,即起跳电流,例如C32表示起跳电流为32安,一般安装6500W热水器要用C32,安装7500W、8500W热水器要用C40的空开。
工业上常见的型号有:动力电路用DW和DZ型分20,32,50,63,80,100,125,160,250,400,600,800,1000...(单位A)。

家用低压断路器怎么选?
低压断路器在家庭供电中作总电源保护开关或分支线保护开关用。当住宅线路或家用电器发生短路或过载时,它能自动跳闸,切断电源,从而有效的保护这些设备免受损坏或防止事故扩大;家庭一般用二较(即2P)低压断路器作总电源保护,用单较(1P)作分支保护;低压断路器的额定电流如果选择的偏小,则低压断路器易频繁跳闸,引起不必要的停电,如选择过大,则达不到预期的保护效果,因此家装低压断路器,正确选择额定容量电流大小很重要。一般小型低压断路器规格主要以额定电流区分6A,10A,16A,20A,2高等,32A,40A,50A,63A,80A,100A等;那么一般家庭如何选择或验算总负荷电流的总值呢?


1.首先计算各分支电流的值
①纯电阻性负载,如灯泡,电热器等用注明功率直接除以电压即得,公式I=功率/220v;例如20w的灯泡,分支电流I=20W/220=0.09A。电风扇、电熨斗、电热毯、电热水器、电暖器、电饭锅、电炒锅、吸尘器、空调等为阻性负载。
②感性负载,如荧光灯,电视机,洗衣机,等计算稍微复杂,要考虑消耗功率,具体计算还要考虑功率因数等,为便于估算,笔者给出一个简单的计算方法,即一般感性负载,根据其注明负载计算出来的功率在翻一倍即可,例如注明20W的日光灯的分支电流I=20W/220v=0.09A,翻倍为0.09A*2=0.18A(比准确计算值0.1高等,多0.03A)
2.总负荷电流即为各分支电流之和;知道了分支电流和总电流,就可以选择分支低压断路器及总闸低压断路器、总保险丝,总电表以及各支路电线的规格,或者验算已设计的这些电气部件的规格是否符合安全要求;
3.为了确保安全可靠,电气部件的额定工作电流一般应大于2倍所需的较大负荷电流;此外,在设计、选择电气部件时,还要考虑到以后用电负荷增加的可能性,为以后需求留有余量;下表给出了几种常见住宅的计算负荷及主开关的额定电流:
