广东南方铝业有限公司成立于1992年，生产基地位于广东省肇庆市广宁县横山镇高新产业园，占地面积20多万平方米，拥有全套的模具设计、熔铸、挤压、氧化、电泳、粉末喷涂、氟碳漆喷涂、抛光、拉丝、木纹等36条先进生产线，采用领先的智能设备生产制造，配备各类先进的检测仪器和检测手段，年产能达10万吨以上，是一家集铝合金建筑型材、 铝合金门窗幕墙、铝家具定制、电子工业铝型材、散热铝型材、新能源汽车轻量化型材等各类铝型材研发、设计、生产及销售于一体的综合性大型企业。

接近30多年的铝行业生产制造经验，拥有深厚的品牌、产品、渠道、技术积淀，曾荣获广东省“重合同守信用”企业 、广东省清洁生产企业、高新技术企业等荣誉，通过汽车产品 IATF 16949：2016 质量管理体系标准认证和GB/T 45001-2020/ISO 45001:2018职业健康安全管理体系认证，被评为广东省建筑铝型材工程技术研究中心，此外在当前碳达峰、碳中和的绿色发展理念下我司不断推动绿色环保产品的研发，获得国检集团颁发的铝型材领域全国首张绿色建材产品认证证书，得到国家和广大客户的高度认可。未来我司将一如既往地将“大胆创新 稳定质量”的企业精神发扬光大，为客户提供优质产品，为城市建设提供力量。

Guangdong Nanfang Aluminum Co., Ltd. Was established in 1992, located in Hengshan industrial park, Guangning , zhaoqing, Guangdong, with 36pcs of advanced production line of mould design, casting, extrusion, oxidation, electrophoresis, power spray, fluorocarbon paint spray, polishing, wire drawing and wood grain, adopt the leading automated production equipment, and also with various advanced testing machine and detection means, the annual production capacity is more than 100,000T, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating research, design, production, sales of aluminum alloy building profiles, aluminum alloy windows and doors curtain walls，aluminum custom furniture, electronic industrial aluminum profile, radiator profile, and new energy vehicles lightweight profiles and other aluminum profiles.

With almost 30 years of aluminum manufacture experience, the company now with famous brand, maturity of product system, vast partner channel and precipitation technology. It has been won the honor of provincial contract and keeping promises enterprises of Guangdong, Green Production Certification enterprises of Guangdong, High technology enterprises, Famous product of Guangdong, passed the vehicle products IATF 16949：2016 quality management standard certification and GB/T 45001-2020/ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification, and also been awarded the provincial building aluminum profile engineer technology research center of Guangdong, besides the company keep researching and developing the green environmental protection products which meet the current emission peak and carbon neutrality green developing concepts, it it the first enterprise which get the Green building aluminum profile product certification in China, getting highly approval from our country and clients. 挤压车间

公司挤压技术一直保持着精益求精、稳步提高的态势，不仅保证铝型加工的优良品质，也是公司硬件实力的体现。可规划挤压生产线36条，挤压大尺寸可达到340mm,生产产品广泛应用于门窗、幕墙、装饰（橱柜）、工业材（建筑铝模、散热器、电子系列）、汽车轻量化等各个领域。

氧化车间

氧化着色、电泳、粉末喷涂、氟碳漆喷涂、隔热、机械抛光、三酸抛光、门窗精加工、异型材加工等完整的生产体系和专业的表面处理技术，其包含：瓷泳、宝马三酸、晶泳.表面处理一体，满足市场一体的需求。

喷涂车间

立式喷涂生产线采用高全自动流水线生产作业，是一条技术先进、运作快捷、适合大批量生产的自动化生产线。立式喷涂线不仅产能是卧式生产线的3倍，较大的提高了生产效率，对降低粉耗、产品质量、环保管控的提升也有着重要作用。

喷涂车间引进国内外先进设备，拥有立式喷涂线2条，卧式喷粉线1条，卧式喷漆线1条，晶泳生产线1条，可生产立体、光面、砂纹、氟碳、晶泳等喷涂、喷漆产品，可满足不同的市场需求。

木纹车间

公司现有木纹热转印生产线6条，3D木纹生产线1条，生产的木纹颜色多种多样，而且纹路清晰，适用于各种室内家装产品。
