一、绝缘漆树脂击穿电压测试仪用途:
本试验机采用立式箱体结构，较大的节省试验室内占地空间，地脚采用滑轮结构，方便移动和摆放，避免同类厂家生产的卧式设备，安放时需要另配安装台的情况，占地空间大，移动不方便等缺点。
满足GB1408.1-2006《绝缘材料电气强度试验方法　第1部分；工频下试验》、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡胶工频击穿电压强度和耐电压的测定方法》、GB/T 3333-1999《电缆纸工频击穿电压试验方法》、GB/T 12656-1990《电容器纸工频击穿电压测定法》、GB/T1981及ASTM D149标准要求设计制造。
主要适用于固体绝缘材料如：塑料薄膜、树脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘油、绝缘漆、纸板等介质在工频电压或直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压时间的测试；电压击穿试验仪采用计算机控制，试验过程中可在线观察试验曲线；自动存储试验条件及试验结果等数据，并可存取、显示、打印。

二、绝缘漆树脂击穿电压测试仪主要技术要求：
1、设备输入电压： 交流 50KV (普通试验室电源均可兼容)

四、绝缘漆树脂击穿电压测试仪试验软件：
1、本仪器在试验过程中可对升压击穿过程绘制实时曲线，每次试验的升压曲线都由不同颜色构成，试验结束后可叠加对比材料的试验数据重复性。
2、可以随时调取当前及历史试验数据进行查看，编辑及修改参数。
3、试验过程中可以随时修改试验条件及存储路径及自动存储试验结果。
4、试验过程中，可随时通过软件决定本次试验是否有效，方便筛选试验结果。
5、可设置操作口令，做到专机专人操作，避免无关人员误操作。

五、绝缘漆树脂击穿电压测试仪安全保护功能：
1、试验在试验箱中进行，试验箱门打开时电源加不到高压变压器输入端，即高压侧无电压。100KV测试设备高压电较距离试验箱壁的较近距离大于270mm，50KV测试设备高压电较距离试验箱壁的较近距离大于250mm，试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。
2、设备要安装单独的保护地线。接保护地线，主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。
3该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施，主要有：过流保护、过压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电启动紧急信号，电磁放电等。
4、直流试验放电启动紧急信号功能:在设备做完直流试验时,当开启试验门时设备会自动启动紧急信号,直至使用设备上的放电装置放电后启动紧急信号会自动取消.(注：因为直流试验后不放电会危险到人身安全,不能直接拿取电较,起到提醒使用人员放电以免造成伤害)。

八、绝缘漆树脂击穿电压测试仪注意事项：
1、仪器安装时应具有单独的接地线。
2、在开机前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、仪器不能在有强烈腐蚀性气体及有颗粒杂质的气体环境中使用。
4、试验环境温度15度到25度之间，相对湿度60％到70％之间
5、试样击穿瞬间有火花产生并伴有声响，属正常现象。
6、每次更换试样或接触高压电较时必须用高压放电棒对高压电较进行放电，放电时间5秒以上。
7、每次进行试验前，必须检查仪器接地。
