秦皇岛耀华特种玻璃股份有限公司座落在秦皇岛市要点规划发展的北部工业园，是按照现代企业制度要求，由中国耀华玻璃集团公司控股的子公司。中国耀华玻璃集团公司是“中国玻璃工业的摇篮”，被誉为“中国玻璃生产非常好”。

Qinhuangdao Yaohua Borosilicate Glass Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Borosilicate Glass) is situated at theNorthIndustrial Parkof priority plan and development area inQinhuangdao. It is one of subsidiaries under China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation, share-holding company that is well-known as the “Cradle of Chinese glass Industry” and celebrated as the “King of Chinese Glass Production”.

秦皇岛耀华特种玻璃股份有限公司2000年11月正式投产，是国内首批采用全电熔生产特种玻璃产品的专业化企业。2006年，依托集团公司技术资源，自主创新，成功投产运用“浮法工艺”生产特种浮法玻璃的生产线。该生产线核心技术全部自主研发，关键设备使用当前较先进的工业产品，主要产品为硼硅3.3浮法玻璃和硼硅4.0防火玻璃。

The borosilicate Glass was established and put into production in November 2000, being one of the first specialized enterprises that adopting fully electric melting process to make special glass products throughout the country. Special float glass production line has been successfully put into operation by utilizing“float technology” relying on the Group’s technological resources and making autonomous innovation. The core technology of the line was fully self-development with up to date principle equipment and machinery, and the dominant product is borosilicate 3.3 float glass (BG33) and borosilicate 4.0 fire resistance glass (BG40).
