For the 240,000‑pcs‑per‑annum 8‑inch silicon carbide substrate project of JingSheng Electronics at Bertam Technology Park, Penang, VTON provides supporting fluid control equipment for ultrapure water (UPW) supply, process wastewater recovery and circulating cooling water systems.
