国鼎（GD）钢构轻型楼层板
国鼎（RD）钢构轻质楼层板采用钢框、钢桁架、横纵向交叉配筋与GD无机芯材的结合，形成了聚合承重层、保温隔音层和憎水防水层有效的功能体系，板底高度防水层处理，具有更高的强度和抗冲击能力，又具有了轻质的特性。
产品特性：
自重轻——GD无机芯材容重700-1000 kg/m³独特的轻质芯材加钢骨架，板自重0.8-1.1 KN/m²，仅为传统混凝土屋面重量的30%。
强度高——允许外加荷载3.5-10KN/m²，能够满足民居、商场、栈桥等各种场所对荷载的要求。
耐久长——钢桁架、防腐钢网与无机芯材的结合，有效抵抗酸、碱侵蚀，设计使用年限与钢筋混凝土相同。
防火高——GD无机芯材耐火较限2小时。
隔音佳——GD无机芯材进行各种密度的材料叠加，平均隔音高达45dp以上。
防水严——GD无机芯材自然防水层，可根据需求另做防水处理。
配套强——与钢梁焊接，整体性强；简便的施工，节约成本；与钢梁平接，降低层高的消耗。
适用范围：
与混凝土、钢结构配套，适合于民用多层LOFT建筑、商务办公房以及多层的厂房、仓库、现有改造夹层等。

Guoding (GD) Steel Structure Lightweight Floor Board, using steel frame, steel truss, horizontal and vertical cross-reinforced materials with the combination of GD inorganic core material, forming effective function system of polymer load-bearing layer, thermal insulation and soundproof layer and the waterproof layer, the bottom of the board has high-strength waterproof layer processing, has a higher strength and impact resistance, but also has a light-weight feature.
Features:
Light Weight - GD inorganic glue sand core material -bulk density as 700-1000 kg/m³ - unique lightweight core material plus steel-framed, board weighs 0.8-1.1 KN / m², only the 30% weight of traditional concrete roof.
High Strength - Allowing external loading is 3.5-10KN/m², can meet load requirements of residential areas, shopping malls, trestle bridge and other places.

Wonderful Waterproof - Natural waterproof layer of GD inorganic sand core material can also do waterproofing treatment on demands.
Strong Supporting - Welding with the steel beam, make the whole board strong; simple construction, save the cost; and flat connects with the steel beam, lower consumption of high layer.
