#1043 VFDP互棋系列高温气化涂料
产品简述：#1043 VFDP互棋系列高温气化涂料，由耐高温的高分子材料特别改性而成，特点是高温作用下，直接气化挥发。这过程不会变色、不会残留，不会侵蚀基材。#1043 VFDP互棋系列高温气化树脂可以调配耐高温颜填料使用，用于辅助色料成图文，而高温作用后，色料熔进基材浅表层，该连结料则直接气化分离。#1043 VFDP互棋系列高温气化连结料在常温下可以辅助粘合两准确元件，高温作用下，两元件浅表微熔而互粘合过程中，该连结料直接气化分离，不会残留污染元件。
特 性： 化学物稳定性好，氧化稳定性好，耐强酸耐强碱，耐高温耐热，抗击耐磨，施工性良好，膜致密线精细图精致。
操作向导： 1、清洁并干燥工件表面，确定无油污、无灰尘； 2、再将阻镀涂料涂于需保护位置（请用相应稀释剂调整粘稠度，#111 PCREF缓凝剂、#191特慢干液、#271快干剂），可丝印、移印、刮涂、浸涂、喷涂等； 3、高温作用前，建议100-150摄氏度预干； 4、高温作用后，涂膜则会直接气体飘离，飘散进空气后不会再凝结，不会污染环境。
注意事项： #1043 VFDP使用前，根据施工方法，调至适当粘稠度；请采用相应稀释剂，否则可能导致油墨变质；施工时，请保持环境通风，防止吸入。
