软膜防锈油又名溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油，是采用环保溶剂添加多种进口防锈添加剂精制而成，适用于准确五金零配件的防锈,如: 镀镍、镀锌、镀铬、镀青铜等，也可用于未经表面处理的碳钢、轴承钢、黄铜、铝合金、镀镉、钝化件等，产品通过SGS认证RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC及美泰玩具标准QSOP 0006-3600-CLAUSE 2.2.3(Rev.S,4/1/2010)，安全环保。
产品特点及使用方法:
1、具有挥发适宜、用量省、油膜簿、不油腻、气味芳香等特点。
2、渗透力强，具有一定的清洗功能,可将工件表面的少量油、垢、污、斑清洗干净。
3、可免洗直接装机使用，不影响产品焊锡及导电性。
4、过油后产品表面不变暗、不起斑点、可增加产品表面光泽感。
5、耐盐雾、抗湿热、耐大气性及良好的抗盐水浸渍能力，特别适合出口（海运）产品的防锈。根据盐雾测试时间，可分为24H、48H、72H、96H等多个型号，防锈时间可达3-5年以上，亦可根据客户要求特殊配制。
6、使用方式,可浸泡、刷涂、喷涂等，浸泡使用时，须将工件浸于防锈油中，取出稍沥干，置于离心机甩干，效果更佳，工作场所保持通风。
